We offer free worldwide shipping! All orders are trackable. A tracking number will be generated and sent to you once your order is processed. Please note that shipping time is typically 7 to 15 business days.
Processing Time
Your order will usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. We will also provide an estimated delivery date at checkout!
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pacific Time). If you place an order on a weekend, holiday, or outside of our regular business hours, the item may be ready to ship within the next 3 to 5 business days. We will also contact you to confirm the shipment and notify you of the specific shipping date. We will do our best to meet special shipping requirements.
We review, verify, and approve each order. Discrepancies between billing and shipping information may cause delays. We may contact you; please provide the phone number used for billing and shipping.
Please note that we may occasionally experience shipping delays.
Shipping to Non-Payment Addresses
To prevent fraud, we recommend that all items be shipped to the billing address specified in your payment method. However, we understand that there are exceptions (such as sending to a neighbor, workplace, second home, as a gift, etc.). While we generally accommodate these requests, you must provide the buyer’s and recipient’s contact information, as we need to verify order information by phone. This may cause processing delays.
Shipping to Businesses
After verification, we will ship the goods to your workplace. If you choose to ship to a business, please provide the company name and contact number.
Combined Orders
Ground & Courier: Orders will be shipped separately and cannot be combined. If the same order contains multiple items, we will try our best to ship them together.
International Shipping: Due to international shipping regulations, orders must be shipped separately, as each order requires a commercial invoice.
Multi-Item Orders
If an order contains multiple items located at different of our distribution points, they may be shipped separately. Shipping is free for all items.
International Currency InformationAll prices shown and amounts payable at checkout are in US dollars and include import duties, customs duties, and any other fees levied by the destination country. We accept returns for international orders; please see our return policy for details. For goods shipped internationally and all international returns, refunds will be calculated solely in US dollars and will be the same amount paid by the customer when placing the order. Due to continuous exchange rate fluctuations, we cannot provide currency exchange estimates. All transactions are processed at the actual exchange rate at the time of processing, determined by the intermediary financial institution. We do not make any adjustments to the currency exchange rate for returns.
